B. Personal Information

To the ends stated in this Privacy Notice, Hotel del Parque may gather your personal information in diverse ways: when the information is directly provided by you, when you visit Hotel del Parque’s website, when you utilize the online services offered by Hotel del Parque, and when we obtain information through means different from the ones stated that are permitted by the applicable laws.

The personal information obtained by the aforementioned means is:

1. Identity Data: name(s), surname(s), address, home, mobile and/or work phone number, marital status, signature, email address, gender, age, date of birth, username and password.

2. Financial Data: cardholder name, credit card number, expiration date (in case of online transactions).

3. Billing Data: business name, RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry), fiscal domicile.

4. Preferences data: related to the room, required services and/or travel purposes and preferences.

C. Sensitive Personal Information

Sensitive Personal Information is considered to be personal data which may affect the closest surroundings of its holder, cause discrimination or lead to serious risk for its holder if it is misused. Information that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic background, present or future health conditions, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, and sexual preferences is considered particularly sensitive. In case of being our guest, the only sensitive personal information that we will ask you to provide, will be that related to health or disabilities; this information will solely be used to provide you with a better service and to satisfy your specific needs.

D. Aim and Handling of Personal Information

Aims which bring forth legal relation and are necessary for providing the service:

1. Personal information that you provide will be utilized by Hotel del Parque to provide the requested services or those derived from a purchase you make: reservations, guest registration, event organization and social meetings, and purchases of touristic products and/or services.

2. Hotel del Parque may utilize the provided personal information to offer you a better service, and, given the case, to identify your preferences during your stay in order to make it more pleasant.

3. This information may also be utilized to offer you promotions and touristic and commercial products, to send special offers and services, informative bulletins, surveys and other similar content.

E. Limitations to the Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

At any time, you may express your refusal to the handling of the aims which do not bring forth legal relation and are not necessary for providing the service, or request the withdrawal of your consent to handle your personal information, through a written application to be presented to Hotel del Parque in the following address: Bocanegra 232, Zona Centro, Matehuala, S. L. P., C. P. 78700 from 9 a. m. to 3 p. m. Monday through Friday, or to the following email address:

The aforementioned application must contain at least the following:

a) Name of the holder of the Personal Information

b) Email address where you can receive notifications

c) Documents which accredit your identity or the legal representation of the holder

d) Clear and precise description of the personal information of which you wish to exert your right and of the right which you wish to exert

e) Any other element or document which facilitates locating the personal information

In case that the application does not satisfy any of the aforementioned requirements, Hotel del Parque may require within 3 days of having received your application, that you provide the necessary elements or documents to be able to process it. You will have 10 days to address this requirement, and in case of not answering in the given time, your application will be treated as non-submitted. The time needed to process your application will be 20 days, counted from the date in which your application is received, to let you know the adopted determination, so that, if it results applicable, it will be made effective within the next 15 days of the emission of our answer. In order to protect your confidentiality, Hotel del Parque will send the answer to your application to the email address provided by you, and will retain it at the applicant’s disposal in the address given on the previous paragraph.

F. Of Exerting the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.

You will be able to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose to the information that you provide to Hotel del Parque as indicated in the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Mexican Federal Law of Protection of Personal Information in Possession of Private Institutions) by filing an application addressed to Hotel del Parque according to the terms stated in section E.; this application will also be answered according to the terms indicated there.

G. Control and Security of Personal Information.

Hotel del Parque commits to take the necessary measures to protect the information we gather, utilizing security technologies and control procedures in the access to, use, or disclosure of your personal information without authorization.

However, no security or data transfer system of which the company does not have absolute control and/or which has dependence on the Internet may guarantee that it will be totally safe.

Provided that you utilize electronic means in relation to your personal information, these will be generated in order to provide you with a better cookie service.
